Frequently Asked Questions

For most returns, you are not liable to pay for our fees after we have prepared the return. It is up to you if you want to pay for our fees. However, we will not file your return or make a full copy of the return available for you to review until you pay our fees.

We can e-file most federal returns for the current year and the previous two tax years as allowed by the IRS. Currently, we can e-file returns for tax years 2023, 2022, and 2021. 

We reserve the right to issue or refuse a refund. Generally, we do not provide refunds for fees paid for a return that has already being prepared and made available for a client to review even if the return has not been filed. 

Yes. However, they cannot be e-filed. We will prepare your return for you to print out, sign, and mail to the IRS/State. 

Yes. For every return that we e-file (if applicable), we will provide you with an IRS confirmation letter with a submission ID. We received this document from the IRS after e-filling any return. 

For returns that we prepare, we offer very affordable rates to amend your return. Reach out to us on the portal or at marioriveraleon@gmail.com to assess our fees. For returns that we did not prepare, we charge similar fees as returns we prepare in full. 

Currently, we do not provide refund advances. 

Currently, we only receive payment for our fees via our portal. Payment must be made before we file your return. 

No. You only pay our tax preparation fees, without any additional charge. 

Currently, we only take payments via debit or credit cards.
