990-N Returns
Follow these steps to have your return completed and filed.
Create your profile and select service
Click here to create your account in our portal. Select “Nonprofit Tax Return” as the service requested.
Fill out the organizer
You will be automatically assigned an organizer to complete. In this organizer, you will provide the information we need to prepare your return.
We review your information
After you submit the organizer, we’ll review the information to make sure your organization is ready to file its informational return.
Pay for our fees
You will be sent an invoice to pay for our fees. The cost of a Form 990-N is $100 which includes filling the form with the IRS. State is an additional $40 if required.
We prepare and file your return
After you pay our fees, we’ll prepare and file your return. As soon as your return is accepted by the IRS and/or state, we will send you the final copy of Form 990-N and confirmation receipt by the IRS (and state if applicable).
